"Lack of After-Hours Assistance for Our 24/7 Business"
We operate around the clock, every day of the week. This company shuts down at 5 PM on weekdays and doesn’t open at all on weekends... It’s a help desk service, for crying out loud!!! There’s no support after hours. The login site is down, and we can’t keep track of our tasks.

"Stay Away from This Service"
Stay away from this service! We were misled about the available features. As a garage door business operating for over four years, we’ve never faced a chargeback, but now Chase won’t process our payments without any warning. Our backup option, Square, also won’t accept our payment because we have to manually enter to use MHelpDesk! So now we’re stuck with a third option for credit card processing, and it’s gonna take a week to see any funds. This is after we shelled out more than 2K for what was supposed to be the best package. Honestly, the CRM is just terrible... Like I said, stay far away!

They tailored my form and can make adjustments for me with just a click. It's also a breeze to sort through jobs to find recurring issues and keep tabs on problems.

"A total game changer for my work"
This product is a total game changer for my work. We began using mHelpDesk around 6 months back, and I haven't experienced a headache since. It has genuinely made my job ten times easier. The software is really user-friendly. The support team is outstanding. They respond to questions almost right away. They're incredibly helpful and hands-on when necessary. And let me tell you, the mapping tool nearly brings me to tears of joy. I would definitely suggest this product to anyone working in the service sector.

"Outstanding Sales and Training Experience"
Dominic managed the sales process and really paid attention, understanding that I’m not one to buy just because of flashy sales tactics. He was a top-notch salesperson. Selena, on the other hand, was super knowledgeable during our first training session on the software. She really knows her stuff, was patient, and made everything clear. As someone who's not tech-savvy, I wrapped up the call feeling like I got it all. Now that’s what I call a great trainer.

"PROBLEM SOLVED!!"
Took a little while, but the support team really came through for me today!! The auto rules were a bit of a hassle to navigate, but they managed to fix the problem, which turned out to be a simple fix for me once they pinpointed it. However, the screenshot that was supposed to be attached didn’t make it to the email, so I’m giving it only 4 stars. The instructions were straightforward and helped me find an easy solution to my issue.

We're still in our first year with mhelpdesk, and I've reached out to their tech support with a bunch of questions that, looking back, seem pretty basic. They've always replied fast and spot on, and I end up picking up simpler methods to navigate the software, which I gotta admit is pretty user-friendly. I just get a bit antsy as a busy small business owner. Big thanks to Tia for her help today with getting my info into the database.

"Simplifying Life!"
I’ve totally ditched the pen and paper, and honestly, I don’t miss it one bit. It’s amazing how fast I can create estimates, plan jobs, and even take payments without needing to hop on a computer. My favorite feature is the connection with QuickBooks, which makes wrapping up my monthly numbers a piece of cake. It’s super easy to use and really lightens my load. Awesome product :)
